Micranthes zekoensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Saxifragaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Qinghai timur. Nama ilmiah Micranthes zekoensis diperkenalkan oleh Jin Tang Pan pada tahun 2012.
