Microchilus erythrodoides subsp. venadosae merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Microchilus erythrodoides subsp. venadosae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Paul Abel Ormerod pada tahun 2008.
