Microchilus secundus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Oaxaca, Chapas), hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Microchilus secundus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Oakes Ames pada tahun 2021.
