Microcos cinnamomifolia merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan. Nama ilmiah Microcos cinnamomifolia diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Max Burret pada tahun 1926.
