Microdesmis yafungana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Pandaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah RD Kongo. Nama ilmiah Microdesmis yafungana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean Joseph Gustave Léonard pada tahun 1961.
