Microlaena connorii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Réunion. Nama ilmiah Microlaena connorii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Stephen Andrew Renvoize pada tahun 2018.
