Microlepia caudigera merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Dennstaedtiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Himalaya timur, Myanmar, hingga Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Microlepia caudigera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Moore pada tahun 1861.
