Micromeria cristata subsp. phrygia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye selatan dan tengah. Nama ilmiah Micromeria cristata subsp. phrygia diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Peter Hadland Davis pada tahun 1980.
