Micromeria elliptica merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye timur laut. Nama ilmiah Micromeria elliptica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Karl Heinrich Emil Koch pada tahun 1849.
