Microtropis gracilipes merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Celastraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China tenggara (hingga Guizhou). Nama ilmiah Microtropis gracilipes pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Elmer Drew Merrill pada tahun 1937.
