Mikania cabrerae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Mikania cabrerae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Graziela Maciel Barroso pada tahun 1959.
