Mikania cipoensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Mikania cipoensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Graziela Maciel Barroso pada tahun 1959.
