Millettia bussei merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tanzania hingga Mozambique. Nama ilmiah Millettia bussei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hermann Harms pada tahun 1902.
