Millettia grandis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape timur hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Millettia grandis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ernst Heinrich Friedrich Meyer pada tahun 1912.
