Mimosa distachya var. laxiflora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko utara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan arizona mimosa. Nama ilmiah Mimosa distachya var. laxiflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1991.
