Minuartia aksoyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye. Nama ilmiah Minuartia aksoyi mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2012.
