Minuartia euxina merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Krym. Nama ilmiah Minuartia euxina diperkenalkan oleh Michail Vasiljevich Klokov pada tahun 1974.
