Monanthotaxis foliosa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau liana dari famili Annonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Afrika barat dan barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Monanthotaxis foliosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Gustav Adolf Engler pada tahun 1971.
