Monotaxis macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan) yang memiliki siklus hidup semusim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Queensland, New South Wales. Nama ilmiah Monotaxis macrophylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 1873.
