Monotrema arthrophyllum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Rapateaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia tenggara. Nama ilmiah Monotrema arthrophyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Moritz August Seubert pada tahun 1958.
