Montia fontana subsp. amporitana merupakan tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Montiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa, Türkiye barat, hingga Maroko. Nama ilmiah Montia fontana subsp. amporitana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Frère Sennen pada tahun 1911.
