Moraea brachygyne adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat. Nama ilmiah Moraea brachygyne pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 1998.
