Moraea thomasiae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Moraea thomasiae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Goldblatt pada tahun 1976.
