Moraea villosa merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Moraea villosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Henry Bellenden Ker pada tahun 1833.
