Morina kokanica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Caprifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Asia tengah. Nama ilmiah Morina kokanica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Eduard August von Regel pada tahun 1867.
