Moutabea pacifica merupakan tumbuhan perdu dari famili Polygalaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kaledonia Baru. Nama ilmiah Moutabea pacifica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Philippe Morat pada tahun 2018.
