Muhlenbergia expansa (Poir.) Trin.

Muhlenbergia expansa merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara hingga Texas timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan cutover muhly. Nama ilmiah Muhlenbergia expansa diperkenalkan oleh Jean Louis Marie Poiret pada tahun 1841.
