ROCK MUHLY Muhlenbergiasobolifera (Muhl. ex Willd.) Trin.
Muhlenbergia sobolifera merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada tenggara hingga Amerika Serikat bagian tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan rock muhly. Nama ilmiah Muhlenbergia sobolifera diperkenalkan oleh Gotthilf Heinrich Ernst Muhlenberg pada tahun 1824.
