Muhlenbergia torreyana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan new jersey muhly. Nama ilmiah Muhlenbergia torreyana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Josef August Schultes pada tahun 1934.
