Myosotis azorica merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Azores. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan azores forget-me-not. Nama ilmiah Myosotis azorica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hewett Watson pada tahun 1844.
