Myosotis azorica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Azores. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan azores forget-me-not. Nama ilmiah Myosotis azorica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hewett Watson pada tahun 1844.
