Myrcia wilsonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Myrtaceae (suku jambu-jambuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jamaika timur. Nama ilmiah Myrcia wilsonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis August Heinrich Rudolf Grisebach pada tahun 2019.
