Myrsine hosakae merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Pulau Henderson. Nama ilmiah Myrsine hosakae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold St. John pada tahun 1962.
