Myrsine knudsenii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan kokee colicwood. Nama ilmiah Myrsine knudsenii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Rock pada tahun 1940.
