Myrsine sprucei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bolivia timur hingga Brazil. Nama ilmiah Myrsine sprucei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Christian Mez pada tahun 1992.
