Myrtillocactus cochal merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Baja California). Nama ilmiah Myrtillocactus cochal pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Russell Orcutt pada tahun 1909.
