Najas graminea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydrocharitaceae yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Afrika hingga Kaledonia Baru. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan ricefield waternymph. Nama ilmiah Najas graminea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alire Raffeneau Delile pada tahun 1813.
