Najas marina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydrocharitaceae yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di hampir seluruh dunia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan spiny naiad. Nama ilmiah Najas marina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1753.
