Najas tenuicaulis merupakan tumbuhan tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydrocharitaceae yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang (Honshu). Nama ilmiah Najas tenuicaulis mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1935.
