Najas tenuis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydrocharitaceae yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah India tengah dan selatan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar. Nama ilmiah Najas tenuis diperkenalkan oleh Paul Wilhelm Magnus pada tahun 1870.
