Nectandra angustifolia merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bolivia timur hingga Brazil dan Argentina timur laut. Nama ilmiah Nectandra angustifolia diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Heinrich Adolph Schrader pada tahun 1833.
