Neea altissima adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Nyctaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Amazonas, Acre). Nama ilmiah Neea altissima pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Eduard Friedrich Poeppig pada tahun 1838.
