Neea demissa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Nyctaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Neea demissa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Anton Heimerl pada tahun 1912.
