Nelsonia gracilis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Nelsonia gracilis diperkenalkan oleh Kaj Børge Vollesen pada tahun 1994.
