Nemesia petiolina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Scrophulariaceae yang memiliki siklus hidup semusim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Nemesia petiolina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Philip Hiern pada tahun 1904.
