Nemophila maculata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan fivespot. Nama ilmiah Nemophila maculata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1848.
