Neolitsea papuana merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Neolitsea papuana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Elmer Drew Merrill pada tahun 1948.
