Neotinea commutata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Sicilia. Nama ilmiah Neotinea commutata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Agostino Todaro pada tahun 2003.
