Nepenthes biak adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Nepenthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Nepenthes biak pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Matthew H. P. Jebb pada tahun 2016.
