Nepenthes biak adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Nepenthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Nepenthes biak diperkenalkan oleh Matthew H. P. Jebb pada tahun 2016.
