Nepenthes neoguineensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Nepenthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Di Indonesia tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan nama kantong semar sayap rumbai. Nama ilmiah Nepenthes neoguineensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Muirhead Macfarlane pada tahun 1910.
